Description of the role The Breakfast Cook at Ocean Place Resort & Spa in Long Branch, New Jersey plays a crucial role in the culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to ensure a delightful dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes, including eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausages, and more.
• Ensure consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation.
• Follow established recipes and portion control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a breakfast cook or relevant culinary position.
• Knowledge of breakfast food preparation techniques and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple breakfast orders simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Food handler's certificate is a plus.
