We are looking for a motivated Body Shop Detail Specialist who will detail cars for customer delivery. This is a critical role for the dealership to keep our customers excited and happy about their cars at the point of delivery. The ideal candidate will be independent, self-starting, efficient, hard-working, and have a great attention to detail and take pride in their work. Previous detail experience is a plus. This will be full-time hourly job with great health benefits and potential for overtime pay. There will be a pre-screening background check and drug test for qualified candidates with a high school diploma, clean driving record, and driver's license. If you can refer us a potential candidate, we will pay a finder's fee of $200 if the hire stays for a month.
