Experience: 5-10 Years of Modeling Experience or 2-5 years of Database Management Experience

Job Summary: Support VDC Database and Technical needs

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of process piping and Hygienic systems.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Solution oriented, problem solver.
• Outside the box thinker that finds technical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Support VDC team with Plant 3D, Revit project templates and new project setup, including project

location/coordinate requirements.

• Support multi-platform/program integrations (Plant 3D, Revit, Inventor, Etc.).
• Create content and databases based on VDC needs for projects, in conjunction with Operations/Project

Management team and project specifications.

• Verify missing content and database needs prior to designers routing services.
• Troubleshoot databases and BOM’s for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot VDC modeling programs.
• Reloading and administration of project databases as needed.
• Work with outside database managers as needed.
• BOM extraction.
• Equipment creation for projects within Revit and Plant 3D.
• Administrate internal VDC library of parts.
• Support VDC Training platform (PNOW/KS) and recognize gaps in training with VDC Team.
• Set up Bluebeam Project Sessions, overlays, document control and Bluebeam tools (toolbox etc.).
• SharePoint VDC environment development and administration.
• Implement new BIM tools and recommend innovative solutions for automating repetitive tasks.
• Administration of project cloud hubs, maintaining organization and accessibility.
• Communicate with Project Managers and VDC Leads about updates, schedules, and project goals.
• 3D Modeling support as needed.
• Scanning and Robotic Total Station (RTS) support as needed.
• Create project deliverables including Isometrics, plan/elevation drawings, 3D models as needed.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in MEP and Pharmaceutical Construction methods.
• Plant 3D Expert.
• Revit knowledge beneficial.
• Database and Content Management.
