Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Hemlock, MI
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Hemlock, MI
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills, as well as:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
Description: - Answer phones, file, fax, and copy materials
- Perform word processing and compose letters and memos
- Prepare written reports and presentations
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics services (e.g., transportation, hotel arrangements)
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Significant contact with associates, customers, and suppliers
- Provide clerical support as requested, working closely with management
Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (PowerPoint skills preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with staff and external services effectively
